Transformation Resources That Best Fit Your Church

As a result of listening to congregational leaders describe their experiences, the Indianapolis Center for Congregations has come to believe that many resources offered to congregations do not match the congregations they hope to help. Most congregations don’t need transformation or change, but rather developmental growth: effective learning together in order to see things in new ways, writes the Center's president, Tim Shapiro. In a sense, solutions result as a by-product of gaining knowledge and perspective. An article about this important alternative approach to congregational issues and transformation appears in the president's column, Centerview.
