Designed for academic deans in their first year or two of service, the school will provide new deans with important information and nurture the development of the skills that will make their work more effective and fulfilling.

Summer is a great time to develop a small grant proposal on teaching and learning, according to the Wabash Center, which provides funds for activities that enhance teaching and learning in the fields of religion and theology. Wabash seeks to fund projects that promote a sustained conversation about pedagogy through the improvement of practical applications of teaching and learning methods, the encouragement of research and study of pedagogical issues, and the creation of a supportive environment for teaching.
