What a Theology School’s Board Chair Must Believe

A theological institution cannot be stronger than is its board of directors, and the board cannot be strong unless the partnership between the board chair and the institution’s president is healthy, according to Rebekah Burch Basinger. Basinger, a governance mentor for InTrust, a membership organization that works to strengthen North American schools of theology, says incoming board chairs must believe those two dictums.
