Unlock your Congregation's Gifts to Grow in Faith

Does your worship committee often find itself saying,  "We need to do something different to connect with young families and passive worship attendees." What is the way forward? Musician, composer, and worship consultant Adam Kukuk offered a workshop for the Center for Congregations, an Indianapolis-based center to help congregations respond to their opportunities and challenges, that began with the assumption that every faith community has already been given all the elements needed to deepen their experience of God and touch more lives. The workshop focused on identifying and activating a catalyst, and Kukuk provided a list of resources to help congregations unlock their church's gifts, archived on the Center's website. For more on unlocking church gifts, read our feature articles, "Hospitality is the Key to Congregational Growth," and "From Accessibility to Inclusion."
