The State of Churches: 2008

The Faith Communities Today 2008 survey is the third national research effort to evaluate the state of congregational life in the U.S.  This research included a random sample of churches and an oversampling by specific faith communities. The research report, American Congregations 2008, provides a snapshot of congregational life in 2008 as well as trends in congregational life over the past decade of change in American churches.
