Resources for Seminary Women in Leadership

Designed for women faculty and senior administrators in theological school settings, the Women in Leadership program has three principal activities: an annual conference, a senior administrator retreat, and a conference-based research project. It also offers a research summit and an annual consultation open to senior women in theological education, with the purpose of providing women an opportunity to gain peer support as they work to enhance their leadership. Learn more about the program and events, and access papers and presentations from past gatherings archived on the website of the Association of Theological Schools.
