Interfaith dialogue: Archbishop Carey's search for common ground

Former Archbishop of Canterbury George Carey was one of three major religion leaders to receive the 2012 Interfaith Award from Search for Common Ground, an organization that collaborates with government and civil partners around the globe to promote collaborative problem-solving. The Interfaith Award recognizes faith leaders dedicated to promoting awareness of and respect for religious diversity who have engaged in open dialogue on difficult religious issues. Religion & Ethics NewsWeekly, a source for cutting-edge religion news and analysis, has archived an edited 11-minute video in which Archbishop Carey shares his views on global hot spots and contemporary issues and his hopes for expanding common ground and reconciliation.
