Finding and keeping your greatest asset: volunteers

Volunteers are a valuable asset to any organization but most especially to a faith community. National speaker and volunteer manager Andee Marks led a workshop on shared ministry for the Indianapolis Center for Congregations, an organization dedicated to helping strengthen Indiana congregations, and as a supplement to the event Marks prepared a list of recommended resources. The Center for Congregations offers this free downloadable PDF list that can help congregations learn how to find, match, train and keep volunteers.
