Congregational Life Assessment Inventories

These three assessment inventories are designed to assist in your congregation's self-assessment. The Pastoral Search Inventory assists congregations in identifying what the congregation needs and wants in the next minister. The Church Planning Inventory is a comprehensive analysis of church programs for the faith community engaged in a serious, in-depth planning process, and The Parish Profile Inventory is a shorter version of the other two, designed to provide general insight on congregational dynamics. Learn more about each of the surveys, see sample sections, and access links to interpretation assistance here: http://hirr.hartsem.edu/leadership/church_inventory.html#whichone.
