2013 FTE Leadership Discernment Conference

The Fund for Theological Education's Leadership Discernment Conference gathers a diverse group of young adults in an ecumenical meeting with Christian leaders who are engaging the world through their faith. The Leadership Discernment Conference will offer an opportunity for young adults to discern their purpose and call through worship, conversation with peers and leaders in ministry and exposure to innovative models of ministry.

Young adults ages 18-30 within the region will attend this event. Participants are nominated to attend and are:
• Interested in making a difference in the world;
• Thoughtful, curious and open to learning;
• Interested in pursuing a life of service;
• Inspiring others to action; or
• Interested in leadership and guided by their faith.

FTE events may be closed to the public but participation may be available through social media. The FTE also makes resources available on its website.
