Our Affiliate Krista Tippett Receives Humanities Award

President Obama presented the 2013 National Humanities Medals to nine individuals and one organization recently for their outstanding achievements in history, cultural studies, filmmaking, cultural commentary and historic preservation. Recipients include Krista Tippett, author and radio host of On Being, one of our affiliate organizations whose resources, events and offerings are regularly posted on this website.
