ATS Women in Leadership 20th Anniversary Celebration

Dates & Time:
Wed, Feb 28, 2018 - 08:00 am to Fri, Mar 2, 2018 - 11:00 pm

By invitation; ATS is marking the 20th anniversary of the Women in Leadership (WIL) initiative with a gathering, for past participants of WIL events, designed to celebrate the work of the initiative, discuss the current status of women leaders in ATS institutions, and develop strategies for the next phase of WIL at ATS. In addition, a group of 25 emerging women will be selected to participate in a special mentoring program associated with the event. The activities will include opportunities for participants to hear the voices of seasoned leaders who are paving the way for women, to engage in challenging small group sessions called "wisdom table gatherings," and to learn from interactive panel discussions. ATS staff members Deborah H. C. Gin and Jo Ann Deasy will share the results of the comprehensive WIL survey and highlight significant findings. The richness of this event will also afford 25 emerging women leaders the chance to benefit from a special mentoring connection with women serving as wisdom elders. All women will be able to take advantage of “sister time” for fellowship and networking.
