Lilly Receives Grant to Support Graduate Fellows Program

The Lilly Fellows Program in Humanities and the Arts was awarded a grant totaling nearly $1.2 million from Lilly Endowment Inc. This is the 10th such grant that has supported the Lilly Fellows Program in Humanities and the Arts, based at Valparaiso University. This new grant will ensure funding for the newest of the three LFP programs — the Lilly Graduate Fellows Program — through the year 2019. The Lilly Fellows Program is also supported financially by Valparaiso University and the contributions of the 99 schools that comprise the Lilly Fellows Program National Network. The Lilly Fellows Program in Humanities and the Arts' Graduate Fellows Program explores the relationship between Christianity and the academic vocation and is geared to post-graduates considering a career at a church-related college or university.
