The challenges of Clergy Retirement

The religious community today faces a challenge in a continuing recession to meet the needs of older clergy while making room for younger leaders. In recent years, denominations have stepped up efforts to both provide financial planning for clergy and to assist them in the difficult transition to retirement. Still, not all clergy can afford to retire. The article, "What, me retire?
