Activism and Outdoor Education at Union Presbyterian Seminary

The Glenn and Evelyn Bannerman Fund provides partial and full scholarships for all UPSem students who are enrolled in May term EDU192 on the Richmond or Charlotte campuses. As a partial fulfillment of the course, students are required to attend the Annual Recreation Workshop (ARW) in Montreat, NC. You must register at both UPSem and ARW and apply for a work scholarship with ARW in Montreat, NC before March 1st. Here is the link to the Annual Recreation Workshop. Once you have completed both registrations (UPSem and ARW) and applied for the work scholarship, email April Swofford (M.A.C.E.'97). Questions may also be directed to April Swofford (M.A.C.E.'97)This scholarship is named for Professor Emeritus of Recreation and Outdoor Education Glenn Bannerman(M.R.E.'57) and his wife, Evelyn Bannerman.
