2015 Survey to Include Focus on Young Adult Ministry
The 2015 mid-decade FACT Faith Communities Today survey of American congregations of all religions will include a number of new items aimed at gathering new information about engaging young adults in worship. When the steering committee for the Cooperative Congregational Studies Partnership (CCSP) met in Orlando, Florida, in early 2014, reviewed the previous two case studies and developed a list of questions not previously asked about engaging young adults in church, and will track trends over the 15 years since the first FACT survey in 2000. In addition, the survey will aim to gain a deeper understanding of how congregations grow and remain vital.
