Effective Building Projects Resources

The Center for Congregations offers workshops and resources to help engage congregations in effective building projects, offering guidance in: (1) congregational self-reflection, internal and external needs assessment, and strategic planning; (2) initial new facility planning, and using contractors and architects; and (3) planning to maintain existing buildings and to raise funds for a building program. The Center for Congregations strengthens Indiana congregations by helping them find and use the best resources to address their challenges and opportunities. The Center shares its learning online with a national audience. Find out how to lead your congregation through the challenges of renovations, building projects, and building maintenance by searching "building" among the Center's resources.
