Rich Melheim, founder of Faith Inkubators, has boiled down the importance of technology to congregations into the “95 Melheimian Theses of Church Technology,” an article on the website of the Center for Congregations, an organization that provides resources to congregations to help them address their everyday challenges. In explaining the importance of new technology for today's clergy, Melheim begins, Chew on this: The average mainline preacher today was taught to preach by a professor who was taught to  preach before television was widely available.
